Embodied Yin™️ invites us to explore our multidimensional capacities for healing by listening and sensing with the whole body-mind.
In Yin Yoga we create gentle (sometimes more dynamic) long held postures and practices with an attitude of Maitri, loving kindness. The poses stimulate energy flow in meridians, energy channels. During these Yang infused times, Yin helps us to stop, reset and respond as we start again.
This training is unlike anything else in the market so we fill up quickly! This is for yoga teachers hoping to gain more knowledge in yin yoga (also for continuing education for Yoga Alliance) but also for all yogis wanting to deepen their practice.
In this training you will learn about:

☥ Embodied experiential anatomy and energetics
☥ Classical Nondual Tantra (not Neotantra)
☥ in-depth study and understanding of the main yin poses+ some unconventional poses
☥ An exploration Embodied Flow™️, Body-Mind Centering and other somatic practices
☥ The power of Touch- different ways to use props and give some healing assists

“Through intentions, what is in the room, words, sounds, light and movements we were guided through so many inner landscapes that week.
I sometimes felt like I was in an interactive theater play, the change of music and light and the shift of energy in the room. “
- Helen Bloch-Levermore, Denmark
"For me, Embodied yin is something pretty different from “traditional” yin. Using the principles of Embodied flow, it brings yin yoga to a different level, to pure bliss where I can connect body and mind, were I can dwell in what is and that leaves me with a feeling of being purified, of finding the true sense of myself.
Satu Tuomela is pure magic… her classes were different each day. Following the theme, principle and touchstone of the day, she skillfully uses voice, music, meditation, visualization, moving meditation and asana that put the entire class in different moods and places in our bodies.
The morning classes brought me deep into myself and showed me many different examples of how a teacher can work to make the student discover the deepest sense of themselves.
When you take the class, it is just magic and you don’t understand how she does it. What was so great about this training is that we analyzed what it was that made us feel and go so deep inside ourselves.
In addition her deep knowledge in yoga philosophy, her amazing capability to hold the space, and the experience of working from a traditional Chinese medicine perspective gives a depth in the teachings that I have rarely met in other teachers.
